Technology in your hands

ISA PROJECT SHOWROOM. Porcelanosa Group. Villarreal, Spain.

Goal

Porcelanosa commissioned Venture to design its showroom at the Group's headquarters, in Villarreal.
We set out from a key insight: nobody buys ceramics without touching it.
From here we used phygital technology to create ISA (Intelligent Surface Assistant), an RFID bracelet that captured the data of the pieces that were touched by users, acting as a virtual assistant.

Achievements

%

increase in visitor registration than in previous editions of the fair

%

coincidence between the orders placed by hand by the commercials with those collected by ISA

The experience begins with the activation of the ISA bracelet and receiving instructions on how to use it during your visit to the showroom.
By touching the materials, the information is saved in the profile created by the bracelet.

Transparent LED screens with images and textures of inspiration give way to the spaces of each collection.

The bracelet opens the door to ISA, the heart of the project, the archive of all the brand's products, not just the showroom news.

Conclusion

Through the design of the new smart showroom concept, Venture has carried out one of the most important and innovative technological interventions in recent years in the world of ceramics: In 2018 it was developed and implemented in the Porcelanosa showroom and its ceramics library, and in 2019 in the rest of the Group companies, to achieve a unique user experience.
