Immersion in Paradise
Kulkana sales gallery. Tierra y Armonía. Guadalajara, Mexico.
Goal
The Mexican developer Tierra y Armonía commissioned us to design the sales point and a new purchasing experience for Kulkana, their new large-scale residential and landscaping project in Cancún. A master plan of nearly 1300 hectares based on criteria of innovation, sustainability, and resilience.
Key insights
was the area designated for the construction of this large 1,900 m² pavilion
with a café, lake, and landscaping emulating the feel of the final project, which would serve as a real estate sales point.
Thanks to the large available space for this real estate sales point, we were able to create an immersive space by 'playing' with scales (in the style of Alice in Wonderland) so that the buyer's perspective would be multifaceted and the experience memorable.
Allowing the scale of Kulkana to be understood in a didactic way.
In the future, the sales point building will become a common facility within the development, dedicated to Urban Sports for teenagers and young adults.
This allows for the investment to be amortized and gives new life to the new community.
Digital technology has been our great ally. The key element that ties everything together.
With Augmented Reality, through the screens, users could see the exact location and appearance of the home they were interested in, over the gigantic model.
While the children play in the lake with remote-controlled boats, parents can calmly finalize details for the purchase of their future home in the café.
Conclusion
We capture attention by telling a story. Through design narrative, we encourage the client to invest more time in the process, play, and absorb our message, offering them an immersive and fully personalized commercial proposition. Empowering the user to make the purchase with complete confidence.
